We offer a streamlined process for requesting the redaction of personal information from our website through our centralized Redaction Form.
Redaction Process
To request the redaction of your personal information, please complete our Redaction Form. Depending on your eligibility and applicable laws, your information may be removed from public view, restricted from registered-user access, or both.
Important Information
- Processing: Requests under Daniel's Law are processed automatically upon submission for a swift and seamless experience. All other redaction requests require validation through a confirmation email sent to the provided address.
- Search Engine Removal: Removal of redacted information from Google and other search engines may take approximately 5-7 days after submission.
- Browser Cache: After redaction, you may need to clear your browser's cache to view the updated, redacted information on our website.
- Duration of Redaction: Redaction requests remain effective for one year or until a new sale or transfer of the associated property is recorded in public records, which may result in the information becoming publicly visible again.
- New Properties: Redaction requests do not automatically transfer to new properties or addresses. A new request must be submitted for each updated address to maintain privacy protections.
