Frequently Asked Questions

  • Which plan is right for me?

If your goal is to obtain basic property tax and ownership records, the Free Plan would be best for you. If you're in need of statewide tax maps, zoning maps, performing advanced property searches, generating detailed reports, viewing deed/tax history, and generating mailing labels, then we'd recommend a Basic Plan. If you need all the above in addition to Property Hazards (FEMA Flood, Wetlands, Contaminated Sites), Voter Registration Data, Historical Data (1989-current), Comparable Properties, and Parcel geometry data, we'd recommend the Advanced Plan.

  • Can i change my plan at a later time?
